i should automate something so that this all updates from another file.

then, if i update the sidebar links on one page, i only go to that file, and it changes correctly across the whole shebang

i guess, hm. maybe instead of script to insert the content of a page, i could have script that edits the content of the sidebars & nav menus & such.

HM... MAYBE SOME CSS PAGINATION? WOULD BE GOOD FOR THIS? instead of loading every single image at once

(is that how that works, even??)
